INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING FEES TO BE CHARGED BY CONTRACTCARS.COM

Big Media Presence Limited T/A Contractcars.com are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and are sending you this Information Notice to let you know how much you may need to pay to our firm in broker fees.

Here at contractcars.com, we believe in treating our customers fairly at all times, and this Notice clearly sets out what you might need to pay, and when.

We are a credit broker and not a lender.

We charge a fee for our services, the exact amount payable will be highlighted on your order form

Business Orders: up to £750 + VAT

Personal Orders: up to £900 Inc VAT

This fee has been calculated as the amount we expect to incur in costs for arranging the sale, ordering the vehicle and organizing delivery of the vehicle

This base rental fee is payable by debit/credit card or by BACS payment and will only be taken once finance approval has been received.

An additional documentation/processing fee will be charged

Business Orders: up to £250 + VAT

Personal Orders: up to £300 Inc VAT

Predominately we are a fee based company but may be paid a commission by the finance provider on commencement of the agreement.

The commission we receive will vary and is controlled by the lenders commission arrangements.

We may also receive an extra amount based on the volume introduced to the finance provider/lender.

You are within your rights to request a full disclosure of the commission that we earn on your contract.

I acknowledge receipt of this Information Notice, and I confirm I am aware of its contents.

By responding to this email, I acknowledge that I am agreeing to the information contained in the Information Notice, and that I am agreeing to pay fees to Contractcars.com as detailed above.
